Immunogen Synthetic peptide directed towards the N terminal of human NR1I3
Sequence MASREDELRN CVVCGDQATG YHFNALTCEG CKGFFRRTVS KSIGPTCPFA
Predicted Reactivity Human : 100 %, Mouse : 90 %, Rat : 90 %, Dog : 90 %, Guinea pig : 70 %
Characteristics This is a rabbit polyclonal antibody against NR1I3. It was validated on Western Blot and immunohistochemistry.
Purification Protein A purified
Alternative Name NR1I3
Background NR1I3 mediates the induction of transcription of cytochrome P450 (CYP) genes by phenobarbital (PB) and PB-type inducers. NR1I3 activation induces hepatic expression of detoxification enzymes and transporters and increases liver size. NR1I3 can also regulate both liver homeostasis and tumorigenesis in response to xenobiotic stresses.
Molecular Weight 39 kDa
Gene ID 9970
NCBI Accession NP_005113, NM_005122
UniProt Q5VTW5
Application Notes Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator.
