Immunogen The immunogen for anti-NR1I3 antibody: synthetic peptide directed towards the N terminal of human NR1I3
Predicted Reactivity Human : 100%, Mouse : 92%, Rat : 92%, Dog : 91%, Guinea pig : 78%
Characteristics This is a rabbit polyclonal antibody against NR1I3. It was validated on Western Blot and immunohistochemistry. We manufacture rabbit polyclonal antibodies on a large scale of high throughput manner. Our antibodies are peptide based and protein family oriented.
Purification Protein A purified
Alternative Name NR1I3
Background NR1I3 mediates the induction of transcription of cytochrome P450 (CYP) genes by phenobarbital (PB) and PB-type inducers. NR1I3 activation induces hepatic expression of detoxification enzymes and transporters and increases liver size. NR1I3 can also regulate both liver homeostasis and tumorigenesis in response to xenobiotic stresses.
