Approved: ELISA, Flo
Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA and Flow Cytometry. The detection limit is ~25 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Chemiluminescent detection will increase sensitivity by 5 to 50 fold. Flow Cytometry (Intracellular): 25 μg/mL. Add 10 μL to 1-5x10^5 cells in a total reaction volume not exceeding 200 μL. For intracellular staining to detect IL-17F, cells must first be fixed and permeabilized using 4 % paraformaldehyde and 0.1 % saponin in PBS. This antibody was tested using PMA and Ca2+ ionomycin-treated PBMCs. ELISA (Direct): 0.5-1.0 μg/mL. The detection limit is ~1 ng/well. - Comment
