Research Area Cancer, Cell Cycle, Transcription Factors
Application Notes ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:1000.
Western blot: Experiments gave bands at approx 70 kDa and 60 kDa in Human Skeletal Muscle lysates after 0.1 µg/mL antibody staining. These bands correspond to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Chang et al, Cancer Res. 2007 Jan 1,67(1):100-7., PMID: 17210688). This protein has a calculated MW of 64.7 kDa according to NP_647593.1. Recommended concentration: 1-3 µg/mL.
