Purification Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
Alternative Name BIN1
Background Synonyms: BIN1, bridging integrator 1, AMPH2, AMPHL, DKFZp547F068, MGC10367, SH3P9, amphiphysin II, amphiphysin-like, box dependant MYC interacting protein 1
Gene ID 274, 30948, 117028
NCBI Accession NP_647595, NP_647594, NP_647597, NP_647596, NP_647593, NP_004296, NP_647600, NP_647601, NP_647599, NP_647598
Research Area Cancer, Cell Cycle, Transcription Factors
Application Notes ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:1000.
Western blot: Experiments gave bands at approx 70 kDa and 60 kDa in Human Skeletal Muscle lysates after 0.1 µg/mL antibody staining. These bands correspond to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Chang et al, Cancer Res. 2007 Jan 1,67(1):100-7., PMID: 17210688). This protein has a calculated MW of 64.7 kDa according to NP_647593.1. Recommended concentration: 1-3 µg/mL.
