Immunogen A synthetic peptide from the n-terminal of human Trafficking protein particle complex subunit 3 (TRAPPC3, TPPC3, BET3) conjugated to an immunogenic carrier protein was used as the immunogen. The immunogen is homologous in mouse, rat and chicken.
