Immunogen A synthetic from the c-terminal of human SEC22C conjugated to an immunogenic carrier protein was used as the antigen. The peptide is homologous in mouse and shares 95% identity with rat sequence.
Isotype IgG
Specificity Specific for GAPDH.
Purification IgG
Alternative Name Vesicle trafficking protein SEC22C (SEC22L3)
Background Function: May be involved in vesicle transport between the ER and the Golgi complex.
Subcellular location: Endoplasmic reticulum membrane, Multi-pass membrane protein.
Tissue specificity: Ubiquitously expressed. Also known as: SEC22L3, SEC22 vesicle-trafficking protein homolog C, SEC22 vesicle trafficking protein-like 3.
UniProt P04406
Research Area Cancer, Metabolism, Alzheimer's Disease, Enzymes
Application Notes A concentration of 10-50 µg/mL is recommended.
The optimal concentration should be determined by the end user.
Not yet tested in other applications.
Restrictions For Research Use only
Format Lyophilized
Reconstitution Reconstitute in 500 µL of sterile water. Centrifuge to remove any insoluble material.
Handling Advice Avoid freeze and thaw cycles.
Storage -20 °C
Storage Comment Maintain the lyophilised/reconstituted antibodies frozen at -20 °C for long term storage and refrigerated at 2-8 °C for a shorter term. When reconstituting, glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability.
