  • Application Notes
Peptide ELISA: Limit dilution 1/64000. Western blot: 0.3-1 μg/mL. Approx 90 kDa band observed in Human Heart lysates(calculated MW of 92.0 kDa according to NP_055886.1). An additional strong band ofunknown identity was also consistently observed at 10 kDa. This band was successfullyblocked by incubation with the immunising peptide. We would appreciate any feedbackfrom people in the field - have any results been reported with other antibodies/lysates?Have any further splice variants/modified forms been reported?
    Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
