Immunogen This ELP2 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 737-765 AA from the C-terminal region of human ELP2.
Clone RB18010
Isotype Ig
Specificity This ELP2 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 744~773 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human ELP2.
Purification This antibody is prepared by Saturated Ammonium Sulfate (SAS) precipitation followed by dialysis against PBS.
Alternative Name ELP2
Background ELP2 regulates the ligand-dependent activation of STAT3. The protein acts as subunit of the RNA polymerase II elongator complex, which is a histone acetyltransferase component of the RNA polymerase II (Pol II) holoenzyme and is involved in transcriptional elongation. Elongator may play a role in chromatin remodeling and is involved in acetylation of histones H3 and probably H4.

anti-Elongator Acetyltransferase Complex Subunit 2 (ELP2) (C-Term), (AA 737-765) antibody Western blot analysis of ELP2 antibody (C-term) (ABIN389412) in NCI-H460 cell line lysates (35 µg/lane). ELP2 (arrow) was detected using the purified polyclonal antibody.
anti-Elongator Acetyltransferase Complex Subunit 2 (ELP2) (C-Term), (AA 737-765) antibody (2) Flow cytometric analysis of NCI-H292 cells using ELP2 Antibody (C-term)(bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
