Immunogen This BCOR antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 1107-1137 AA from the Central region of human BCOR.
Clone RB19040
Isotype Ig
Specificity This BCOR antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 1115~1144 amino acids from the Center region of human BCOR.
Purification This antibody is prepared by Saturated Ammonium Sulfate (SAS) precipitation followed by dialysis against PBS.
Alternative Name BCOR
Background BCOR was identified as an interacting corepressor of BCL6, a POZ/zinc finger transcription repressor that is required for germinal center formation and may influence apoptosis. This protein selectively interacts with the POZ domain of BCL6, but not with eight other POZ proteins. Specific class I and II histone deacetylases (HDACs) have been shown to interact with this protein, which suggests a possible link between the two classes of HDACs.
