Immunogen This LIPE antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 822-849 AA from the C-terminal region of human LIPE.
Clone RB17399
Isotype Ig
Specificity This LIPE antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 828~858 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human LIPE.
Purification This antibody is prepared by Saturated Ammonium Sulfate (SAS) precipitation followed by dialysis against PBS.
Alternative Name LIPE
Background LIPE has a long and a short form, generated by use of alternative translational start codons. The long form is expressed in steroidogenic tissues such as testis, where it converts cholesteryl esters to free cholesterol for steroid hormone production. The short form is expressed in adipose tissue, among others, where it hydrolyzes stored triglycerides to free fatty acids.

anti-Lipase, Hormone-Sensitive (LIPE) (C-Term), (AA 822-849) antibody Western blot analysis of LIPE Antibody (C-term) (ABIN653323) in HL-60 cell line lysates (35 µg/lane). LIPE (arrow) was detected using the purified polyclonal antibody.
anti-Lipase, Hormone-Sensitive (LIPE) (C-Term), (AA 822-849) antibody (2) Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human testis tissue reacted with LUC7L Antibody (C-term), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining.
anti-Lipase, Hormone-Sensitive (LIPE) (C-Term), (AA 822-849) antibody (3) LIPE Antibody (C-term) (ABIN653323) flow cytometric analysis of HL-60 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram).FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
