Immunogen This FGF11 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 1-30 AA from the N-terminal region of human FGF11.
Clone RB32952
Isotype Ig
Specificity This FGF11 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 1-30 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human FGF11.
Predicted Reactivity Mouse (Murine)
Purification This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
Alternative Name FGF11
Background The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the fibroblast growth factor (FGF) family. FGF family members possess broad mitogenic and cell survival activities, and are involved in a variety of biological processes, including embryonic development, cell growth, morphogenesis, tissue repair, tumor growth and invasion. The function of this gene has not yet been determined. The expression pattern of the mouse homolog implies a role in nervous system development.
