Immunogen KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 112-141 amino acids from the Central region of human HOXA6
Isotype Ig
Specificity This antibody recognizes Human HOXA6 / HOX1B (Center).
Purification Protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification
Alternative Name HOXA6 / HOX1B
Background In vertebrates, the genes encoding the class of transcription factors called homeobox genes are found in clusters named A, B, C, and D on four separate chromosomes. Expression of these proteins is spatially and temporally regulated during embryonic development. This gene is part of the A cluster on chromosome 7 and encodes a DNA-binding transcription factor which may regulate gene expression, morphogenesis, and differentiation.Synonyms: Homeobox protein Hox-A6, Hox-1B
Molecular Weight 26339 Da
Gene ID 3203
NCBI Accession NP_076919
Application Notes Optimal working dilution should be determined by the investigator.
