Application Notes Immunofluorescence: 5-20 ug/mL.
Flow cytometry: 1-5 ug/10^6 cells.
Immunohistochemistry: 5-20 ug/mL on frozen sections using avidin-biotin system. This antibody was quality controlled in flow cytometry.
Staining Procedure: This antibody can be used on frozen cryostat sections as well as formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections. Prolonged fixation is buffered formalin can destroy the epitope. The antibody may be used at a dilution of 5-10 mg/mL in IHC. For consistent and reproducible results on formalin-fixed, paraffinembedded sections, a high temperature antigen unmasking technique is required. After the unmasking technique, rinse the slides in buffer, followed by Tis protein blocking solution.
