Human Cyclin-Dependent Kinase-Like 3 (CDKL3) interaction partners

  1. High Cdk3 (show CDK3 Antibodies)-promoted epithelial-mesenchymal transition through activating AP-1 (show FOSB Antibodies) is involved in colorectal cancer metastasis.

  2. Data indicate that microRNA miR (show MLXIP Antibodies)-214 has tumor-suppressive activity in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC (show FAM126A Antibodies)) through inhibition of E2F2 transcription factor (E2F2 (show E2F2 Antibodies)), cyclin (show PCNA Antibodies)-dependent kinases CDK3 (show CDK3 Antibodies) and CDK6 (show CDK6 Antibodies).

  3. Mir (show MLXIP Antibodies)-873 inhibits ESR1 (show ESR1 Antibodies) activity and cell growth via targeting CDK3 (show CDK3 Antibodies).

  4. CDK3 (show CDK3 Antibodies) is associated with the progression of NPC (show NPC1 Antibodies), and may be a potential biomarker for prediction of the prognosis of patients with NPC (show NPC1 Antibodies).

  5. The Walleye dermal sarcoma virus cyclin (show PCNA Antibodies) functions as a structural ortholog of cyclin C (show CCNC Antibodies) in spite of its limited amino acid sequence identity with C cyclins or with any known cyclins and activates Cdk8 (show CDK8 Antibodies) and Cdk3 (show CDK3 Antibodies).

  6. NKIAMRE is a member of a conserved family of kinases with homology to both MAP kinases and cyclin (show PCNA Antibodies)-dependent kinases

  7. cdkl3 transfected in anchorage-independent (suspension) HeLa cells overexpressed relative to attached cells and lead to elevated proliferation and faster transition G0/G1 phases to S phase relative to controls. Same in two HEK (show EPHA3 Antibodies)-293 and a CHO (show COL11A1 Antibodies) cell lines.

  8. data suggest that the CDKL3 gene is a strong candidate for nonsyndromal autosomal dominant mild mental retardation

  9. A non-cdk8 (show CDK8 Antibodies)-associated cellular pool of cyclin C (show CCNC Antibodies) combines with cdk3 (show CDK3 Antibodies) to stimulate pRb (show RB1 Antibodies) phosphorylation at S807/811 during the G0/G1 transition, and this phosphorylation is required for cells to exit G0 efficiently.

  10. Expression level of cdk3 (show CDK3 Antibodies) is higher in human cancer cell lines and glioblastoma tissue compared with normal brain tissue. cdk3 (show CDK3 Antibodies) phosphorylates activating transcription factor 1 (ATF1 (show AFT1 Antibodies))and enhances the transactivation and transcriptional activities of ATF1 (show AFT1 Antibodies).

Mouse (Murine) Cyclin-Dependent Kinase-Like 3 (CDKL3) interaction partners

  1. Results indicated that CDKL3 may be involved in proliferation of cells surrounding the brain ventricle where neuronal progenitor cells are enriched during the late embryo st

  2. CDKL3 is involved in neuronal morphogenesis during development.

CDKL3 Antigen Profile

Antigen Summary

The protein encoded by this gene is a member of cyclin-dependent protein kinase (CDK) family. CDK family members are highly similar to the gene products of Saccharomyces cerevisiae cdc28, and Schizosaccharomyces pombe cdc2, and are known to be important regulators of cell cycle progression. This gene was identified as a gene absent in leukemic patients with chromosome 5q deletion. This loss may be an important determinant of dysmyelopoiesis. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms.
