Human Angiotensin II (Ang II) interaction partners

  1. results show that SNPs in the Hap (show SAFB ELISA Kits)-I of the hAGT gene promote high-fat diet-induced binding of transcription factors GR, CEBP-beta (show CEBPB ELISA Kits) and STAT3 (show STAT3 ELISA Kits), which lead to elevated expression of the hAGT gene in hepatic and adipose tissues

  2. Angiotensinogen (show AGT ELISA Kits) import and subsequent trafficking to the mitochondria occurs in proximal kidney tubules.

  3. Transgenic mice expressing human AGT (show AGXT ELISA Kits) in the subfornical organ AGT (show AGXT ELISA Kits) and possibly ANG I/ANG II (show AGT ELISA Kits) into the cerebral ventricles.

  4. AngII could induce pulmonary injury by triggering endothelial barrier injury, and such process may be related to the dephosphorylation of Y685-VE-cadherin (show CDH5 ELISA Kits) and the endothelial skeletal rearrangement

  5. Renin-angiotensin system transgenic mouse model suggests that renal injury in preeclampsia may be mediated through local VEGF.

  6. endoplasmic reticulum stress induces apoptosis in human alveolar epithelial cells through mediation of unfolded protein response pathways, which in turn regulate the autocrine ANGII/ANG1 (show ANGPT1 ELISA Kits)-7 system.

  7. Angiotensin II stimulates PYY secretion, in turn inhibiting epithelial anion fluxes, thereby reducing net fluid secretion into the colonic lumen.

  8. NOXs had two time-dependent reactions in response to Ang II (show AGT ELISA Kits) stimulation via MAPK (show MAPK1 ELISA Kits) pathwa

  9. increased Ang-II/Ang-(1 (show ANGPT1 ELISA Kits)-7) ratios may lead to Ang-II (show AGT ELISA Kits) over-activation and aggravate atherosclerosis progression.

  10. urinary angiotensinogen (show AGT ELISA Kits) could be a prognostic marker of the albuminuria reduction effects of olmesartan in patients with metabolic syndrome

  1. These results implied that AngII could effectively induce EpiCs to differentiate into vascular smooth muscle-like cells through the AT1 receptor (show AGTRAP ELISA Kits).

  2. Results suggest the involvement of angiotensin II (Ang II), through its angiotensin type-1 receptor (AT1R (show AGTRAP ELISA Kits)) in the inflammation induced by Aah (show ASPH ELISA Kits) venom, in the heart and the aorta.

  3. Angiotensin II stimulates PYY secretion, in turn inhibiting epithelial anion fluxes, thereby reducing net fluid secretion into the colonic lumen.

  4. expression of spinal ACE (show ACE ELISA Kits) increased in streptozotocin-induced diabetic mice, which in turn led to an increase in Ang II (show AGT ELISA Kits) levels and tactile allodynia.

  5. the beneficial actions of insulin (show INS ELISA Kits) in diabetic nephropathy appear to be mediated, in part, by suppressing renal Nrf2 (show NFE2L2 ELISA Kits) and Agt (show AGXT ELISA Kits) gene transcription and preventing Nrf2 (show NFE2L2 ELISA Kits) stimulation of Agt (show AGXT ELISA Kits) expression via hnRNP F (show HNRNPF ELISA Kits)/K.

  6. Angiotensinogen (show AGT ELISA Kits)-mediated downregulation of aquaporin 1 (show AQP1 ELISA Kits) and Nrf2 (show NFE2L2 ELISA Kits) signalling may play an important role in intrarenal renin (show REN ELISA Kits)-angiotensin system-induced hypertension and kidney injury.

  7. This study suggests that deletion of AT2R decreases the expression of the beneficial ACE2/Ang-(1-7)/MasR.

  8. an inverse correlation was found between Ang-(1 (show ANGPT1 ELISA Kits)-7) level and tau hyperphosphorylation, a pathological hallmark of Alzheimer's disease, in cerebral cortex and hippocampus of SAMP8 mice.

  9. The inhibition of pathological autophagy in the heart in response to chronic Ang II (show AGT ELISA Kits) by Interleukin-10 (show IL10 ELISA Kits), and its implications, has been described.

  10. These results suggest that increased formation of AT1R (show AGTRAP ELISA Kits)-P2Y6R (show P2RY6 ELISA Kits) heterodimers with age may increase the likelihood of hypertension induced by Ang II (show AGT ELISA Kits).

Angiotensin II (Ang II) Antigen Profile

Antigen Summary

The protein encoded by this gene, pre-angiotensinogen or angiotensinogen precursor, is expressed in the liver and is cleaved by the enzyme renin in response to lowered blood pressure. The resulting product, angiotensin I, is then cleaved by angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) to generate the physiologically active enzyme angiotensin II. The protein is involved in maintaining blood pressure and in the pathogenesis of essential hypertension and preeclampsia. Mutations in this gene are associated with susceptibility to essential hypertension, and can cause renal tubular dysgenesis, a severe disorder of renal tubular development. Defects in this gene have also been associated with non-familial structural atrial fibrillation, and inflammatory bowel disease.
