More ELISA Kits for ADA Interaction Partners

Fruit Fly (Drosophila melanogaster) Adenosine Deaminase (ADA) interaction partners

  1. both oxygenation of the tissue and adenosine deaminase activity in the medium support both growth and proliferation of wing discs.

  2. The effects of increased adenosine in vivo by mutating the main Drosophila adenosine deaminase-related growth factor (ADGF-A), was studied.

  3. findings show that a null mutation in ADGF-A leads to dramatically increased levels of adenosine & deoxyadenosine in the larval hemolymph; this increase leads to larval death associated with the disintegration of fat body & development of melanotic tumors

Cow (Bovine) Adenosine Deaminase (ADA) interaction partners

  1. It was concluded that oxidative stress occurs in cattle experimentally infected by F. hepatica, mainly due to excessive ROS (show ROS1 ELISA Kits) production in the course of fasciolosis, contributing to hepatic damage, and that increased in hepatic adenosine deaminase (ADA) activity may contribute to the inflammatory process.

  2. Crystal structure of CD26/dipeptidyl-peptidase IV (show DPP4 ELISA Kits) in complex with adenosine deaminase

  3. the transition-state structures of PfADA, HsADA, and bovine ADA (BtADA) solved using competitive kinetic isotope effects (KIE) and density functional calculations

  4. This is the first report that an inhibitor molecule (EHNA) with a nucleoside framework binds to the open form of ADA and the first observation of conformational change of ADA in the crystalline state.

  5. Data demonstrate that dipeptidyl peptidase II (show DPP7 ELISA Kits) can form a complex with adenosine deaminase, but with one order of magnitude higher dissociation constant than that of DPPIV (show DPP4 ELISA Kits).

Human Adenosine Deaminase (ADA) interaction partners

  1. Mitochondrial Damage and Apoptosis Induced by Adenosine Deaminase Inhibition and Deoxyadenosine in Human Neuroblastoma (show ARHGEF16 ELISA Kits) Cell Lines

  2. Adenosine deaminases ADA1 (show TADA1 ELISA Kits) and ADA2 (show TADA2A ELISA Kits) (ADAs (show AGPS ELISA Kits)) decrease the level of adenosine by converting it to inosine, which serves as a negative feedback mechanism. These results suggest the existence of a new mechanism, where the activation and survival of immune cells is regulated through the activities of ADA2 (show TADA2A ELISA Kits) or ADA1 (show TADA1 ELISA Kits) anchored to the cell surface.

  3. Patients with tuberculous pleurisy who had high ADA values had a higher probability of manifesting pulmonary tuberculosis. High ADA values may help predict contagious pleuroparenchymal tuberculosis. The most common pulmonary involvement of tuberculous pleurisy showed a centrilobular nodular pattern.

  4. our analysis shows that, mononuclear cells secretes ADA in response to leishmanial infection and the elevated serum ADA activity is associated with VL and PKDL, and serum ADA activity can be used as prognostic marker to monitor the course of the treatment.

  5. association between the occurrence of polycystic ovary syndrome with altered ADA activity and genetic distribution of G22A and A4223C polymorphisms of the ADA1 (show TADA1 ELISA Kits) gene

  6. High level of ADA is associated with obesity.

  7. diagnostic value of serum adenosine deaminase (ADA) activity as a useful tool to differentiate HIV mono- and co-infection, was investigated.

  8. Platelet aggregation and adenosine deaminase (ADA) activity were evaluated in pregnant women living with some disease conditions including hypertension, diabetes mellitus and human immunodeficiency virus infection.

  9. Increase in serum ADA levels was observed in Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma.

  10. This study aimed to investigate the activities of purinergic system ecto (show TRIM33 ELISA Kits)-enzymes present on the platelet surface as well as CD39 (show ENTPD1 ELISA Kits) and CD73 expressions on platelets of sickle cell anemia treated patients.

Mouse (Murine) Adenosine Deaminase (ADA) interaction partners

  1. Pulmonary alveolar proteinosis in adenosine deaminase-deficient mice

  2. Dietary regulation of adenosine deaminase activity in stomach, small intestine and spleen of mice

  3. Data indicate that untreated murine adenosine deaminase ADA(-/-) Tregs show alterations in the plasma membrane CD39 (show ENTPD1 ELISA Kits)/CD73. ectonucleotidase machinery and limited suppressive activity via extracellular adenosine.

  4. ADA is upregulated in NOD dendritic cells, which results in their exuberant and spontaneous activation, which triggers autoimmune T cell activation.

  5. The catalytic mechanism of Mus (show TRPV6 ELISA Kits) musculus adenosine deaminase (ADA) has been studied by quantum mechanics and two-layered ONIOM calculations

  6. Adenosine deaminase is necessary but not sufficient to confer puromycin aminonucleoside sensitivity to podocytes.

  7. adenosine deaminase deficient results in deoxy-ATP accumulation and leads to reduced thymic T cell production

  8. Transactivation by a duodenum-specific enhancer requires functional GATA4 (show GATA4 ELISA Kits) binding sites

  9. ADA-deficient B cells exhibit a higher propensity to undergo B cell receptor-mediated apoptosis than their wild-type counterparts, and suggest a role for ADA in the survival of cells during antigen-dependent responses.

  10. This study provides a basis for investigating the folding kinetics of murine ADA and folding mechanisms of (beta/alpha)8-barrel proteins using 19F NMR sepctroscopy.

Rabbit Adenosine Deaminase (ADA) interaction partners

  1. after the immunotherapy, the rabbits showed an increase in the E-ADA activity when compared with control (78.62%), contributing for the change in the immune response.

ADA Antigen Profile

Antigen Summary

This gene encodes an enzyme that catalyzes the hydrolysis of adenosine to inosine. Various mutations have been described for this gene and have been linked to human diseases. Deficiency in this enzyme causes a form of severe combined immunodeficiency disease (SCID), in which there is dysfunction of both B and T lymphocytes with impaired cellular immunity and decreased production of immunoglobulins, whereas elevated levels of this enzyme have been associated with congenital hemolytic anemia.
