Our results indicated that CCNH (show CCNH ELISA Kits)/CDK7 (show CDK7 ELISA Kits)-CtBP2 axis may augment ESCC cell migration, and targeting the interaction of both may provide a novel therapeutic target of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma .
Releasing the key adipogenic regulator C/EBPalpha (show CEBPA ELISA Kits) from CtBP2 binding.
Enhanced CtBP2expression promoted HCC (show FAM126A ELISA Kits) xenograft growth and induced EMT (show ITK ELISA Kits).
results show how CtBP2 contributes to prostate cancer progression by modulating AR and oncogenic signaling
High CTBP2 expression is associated with prostate cancer.
Overexpression of CtBP2 is associated with breast carcinoma.
CtBP2 might contribute to the progression of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma through a negative transcriptional regulation of p16(INK4A).
CtBP2 is over-expressed in prostate cancer.CtBP2 promotes prostate cancer cell proliferation through c-Myc (show MYC ELISA Kits) signaling.
Crystal structures of human CtBP1 (show CTBP1 ELISA Kits) and CtBP2 in complex with 4-Methylthio 2-oxobutyric acid and NAD.
BRCA1 expression is epigenetically repressed in sporadic ovarian cancer cells by overexpression of C-terminal binding protein 2.CtBP2 is an ovarian cancer oncogene (show RAB1A ELISA Kits).
Ctbp2 preoccupies regions in active genes with the NuRD complex in undifferentiated ESCs (show NR2E3 ELISA Kits) that are directed toward H3K27me3 by PRC2 to induce stable silencing, which is pivotal for natural lineage commitment.
Phosphorylation of KLF3 (show KLF3 ELISA Kits) and CtBP2 by HIPK2 (show HIPK2 ELISA Kits) strengthens the interaction between these two factors and increases transcriptional repression by KLF3 (show KLF3 ELISA Kits).

RIBEYE(B) interacts with ArfGAP3 (show ARFGAP3 ELISA Kits) in vivo and in vitro.
CTBP2 is indispensable to create a chromatin environment conducive for RAR (show RARA ELISA Kits)/RXR-mediated transcription by recruiting the histone acetyltransferase p300 (show EP300 ELISA Kits).
Study demonstrates differential regional and subcellular expression patterns for the two CtBP family members in brain and reveals a previously unknown synaptic localization for CtBP2 in particular brain regions.
Ctbp2 has a role in maintaining a balance in decisions to self-renewal and differentiate in embryonic stem cells and mesodermal progenitors
Mice harboring various combinations of Ctbp1 (show CTBP1 ELISA Kits) and Ctbp2 mutant alleles exhibit dosage-sensitive defects in a wide range of developmental processes
The CtBP2 co-repressor function is regulated by an NADH-dependent effect on CtBP2 dimerization.
calsenilin (show KCNIP3 ELISA Kits) and CtBP2 are present in synaptic vesicles and can interact in vivo
In photoreceptor cells, RIBEYE and RIM2 (show RIMS2 ELISA Kits) are expressed along the synaptic ribbon.
Tcf-3 (show TCF3 ELISA Kits) functions as a transcriptional regulator in the canonical Wnt (show WNT2 ELISA Kits) signaling cascade and can repress or activate downstream target genes. The tcf-3 (show TCF3 ELISA Kits) promoter was analyzed during early development of Xenopus.
Together, these results demonstrate that signaling through Tcf (show HNF4A ELISA Kits) and Vent binding sites regulates transcription of geminin (show GMNN ELISA Kits) in prospective neurectoderm during gastrulation
This gene produces alternative transcripts encoding two distinct proteins. One protein is a transcriptional repressor, while the other isoform is a major component of specialized synapses known as synaptic ribbons. Both proteins contain a NAD+ binding domain similar to NAD+-dependent 2-hydroxyacid dehydrogenases. A portion of the 3' untranslated region was used to map this gene to chromosome 21q21.3\; however, it was noted that similar loci elsewhere in the genome are likely. Blast analysis shows that this gene is present on chromosome 10.
