Western blot: Approx 110 kDa band observed in A431, Fibroblast (epidermoid carcinoma) lysates (calculated MW of 88.8 kDa according to NP_071735). Band migration is consistent with literature (PMID 11062261, 15020713). Recommended concentration: 0.3 - 1.5 µg/mL.
