NCBI Accession NP_036372
Research Area Chromatin and Nuclear Signaling, Metabolism, Proteases
Application Notes ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000.
Western blot: Approx. 37 kDa band observed in Human Kidney and U937 lysates (calculated MW of 35.2 kDa according to NP_036372.1). In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing SIRT4 a band of approx. 38 kDa is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. Recommended concentration: 1-3 µg/mL.
IHC: In paraffin embedded Human Pancreas shows staining of the islets of Langerhans. Recommended concentration: 2-3 µg/mL.
