Immunogen Peptide with sequence C-RTRNSYIKWLDQN, from the C Terminus of the protein sequence according to NP_065843.3.
Purification Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
Alternative Name AADACL1 (NCEH1 Antibody Abstract)
Background Synonyms: AADACL1, arylacetamide deacetylase-like 1
Gene ID 57552, 320024
NCBI Accession NP_065843
Application Notes ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:1000.
Western blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 26-28 kDa band in Human Brain (Amygdala, Cerebellum, Hippocampus) lysates after 1 µg/mL antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 49.1 kDa according to NP_065843.3. The 26-28 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
