Approved: Flo
Usage: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Flow Cytometry: Neat. Use 10 μL to label 5x10^5 cells. For intracellular staining, cells must be fixed with 4 % paraformaldehyde in PBS and permeabilized with 0.1 % saponin in a balanced salt solution to facilitate antibody entrance into cells. Saponin must be used in all buffers used (both staining and washing steps). The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. - Comment
