Flow cytometry: 1:150-1:300.
Staining Procedure: This antibody can be used on frozen and formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections. When using with formalin-fixed paraffin embedded tissue sections. The antibody may be used at a dilution of 1:50-1:100 in IHC. The optimal conditions should be determined by the individual laboratory.
