- Specificity
- Cdw78, also known as Ba antigen, Leu21 or LO-panB-a, is present on some immature and some mature Bcells. Its expression is greatly increased after B-cell activation in vitro. It is also found on tissue macrophages and on epithelial cells but not on T-cells, NK cells, monocytes, granulocytes, or myeloid tissues.

- Application Notes
-
Immunofluorescence: 5-20 ug/mL.
Flow cytometry: 1-5 ug/10^6 cells.
Immunoblotting: 1-5 ug/mL.
Immunohistochemistry: 5-20 ug/mL on frozen sections using avidin-biotin system.
This product was not quality controlled in flow cytometry.
Staining Procedure: This antibody can be used on frozen cryostat sections as well as formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections. Prolonged fixation is buffered formalin can destroy the epitope. The antibody may be used at a dilution of 5-10 mg/mL in IHC. - Comment
