Additional Information

Immunogen Cytoskeleton preparation from HeLa Cells
Isotype IgG2a
Clone B28-1 (DE-K13)
Description This antibody reacts with Cytokeratin 10 and 13 (56.5 and 53 kD) polypeptide. On formalin-fixed,Paraffinembedded tissue sections, this antibody recognizes only one of the two cytokeratins: Cytokeratin 13, that is found in non-squamous stratified epithelia.
Comments

Cellular Localization: Cytoplasmic.
Recommended Positive Control: Squamous Granulocytes Carcinomas, Esophagus, or Tongue

Application Details

Application Notes Immunohistochemistry: (Paraffin/Frozen): 1:50-1:100.
Staining Procedure: Prolonged fixation in buffered formalin can destroy the epitope. The antibody may be used at a dilution of 1:50 to 1:100 with Auto ProbeIII. The optimal conditions should be determined by the individual laboratory. Enzymatic predigestion is not recommended.
Concentration 0.4 mg/ml
Purification Concentrated.
