a novel mechanism of action for TLR1 SNP rs5743618 in modulating polymorphonuclear leukocytes priming responses.
concluded that TLR-1 rs4833095 and TLR10 (show TLR10 ELISA Kits) rs10004195 confer susceptibility to development of gastroduodenal disease, especially GC in H.pylori disease
Activation of MyD88 (show MYD88 ELISA Kits)-dependent TLR1/2 signaling by misfolded alpha-synuclein (show SNCA ELISA Kits), a protein linked to neurodegenerative disorders.
SNP TLR1-248N is associated with TB protection in an Indian population and exhibits an increased immune response to Mycobacterium tuberculosis lysate in vitro.
The expression of TLR1 was the lowest and expression of TLR4 (show TLR4 ELISA Kits) was the highest on leukocytes in acute otitis media children.
Toll-like receptor 1 Gene SNP rs5743618 is associated with increased risk for tuberculosis in Han Chinese children.
TLR1 rs4833095 and TLR10 (show TLR10 ELISA Kits) rs10004195 may play crucial roles in H. pylori susceptibility and gastric pathogenesis.
Data suggest that the TLR2 (show TLR2 ELISA Kits) Arg753Gln and TLR1 Ile602Ser SNPs influence the risk of developing leptospirosis and its severity.
Frequencies of TLR1-TLR6 (show TLR6 ELISA Kits) two-locus haplotypes in major populations of South Urals were determined for the first time.
Polymorphisms in TLR1 (R80T), NOD2 (show NOD2 ELISA Kits) (L1007fsX1), and MYD88 (show MYD88 ELISA Kits) (-938C>A) are associated with predisposition to development of chronic Q fever.
B cell TLR1/2, TLR4 (show TLR4 ELISA Kits), TLR7 (show TLR7 ELISA Kits) and TLR9 (show TLR9 ELISA Kits) interact in induction of class switch DNA recombination, modulated by BCR (show BCR ELISA Kits) and CD40 (show CD40 ELISA Kits) in mounting of T-cell independent antibody responses.
TLR9 (show TLR9 ELISA Kits) modulates TLR1 expression in Leishmania major-infected macrophages.
Postradiotherapeutic NO production was dependent on TLR1 gene expression. Although iNOS (show NOS2 ELISA Kits) activity was reduced by inhibiting TLR1 expression with TLR1-siRNA, it was enhanced by TLR1 overexpression.
lipopeptides elicit TLR1/2 and TLR2 (show TLR2 ELISA Kits)/6 signaling in the endolysosomes, but not on the cell surface.
We found that CEP specifically synergizes with low-dose TLR2 (show TLR2 ELISA Kits)-agonists (but not agonists for other TLRs) to induce production of inflammatory cytokines. Moreover, CEP selectively augments TLR2 (show TLR2 ELISA Kits)/TLR1-signaling instead of TLR2 (show TLR2 ELISA Kits)/TLR6 (show TLR6 ELISA Kits)-signaling
IkappaB-zeta regulates TLR-mediated CSR by inducing AID
aortic angiogenesis is preceded by an immune reaction with overexpression of Toll (show TLR4 ELISA Kits)-like receptors (TLRs) and TLR-inducible genes.
Identify TLR1 as a critical innate receptor for protective intestinal T(H)17 immunity.
Graphene significantly stimulates the secretion of cytokines/chemokines via TLR- and NF-kappaB (show NFKB1 ELISA Kits)-related signaling pathways
TLR2 (show TLR2 ELISA Kits), TLR1, and TLR6 (show TLR6 ELISA Kits) haev roles in innate immunity and initiate inflammatory responses to bacterial lipopeptides by epithelial and stromal cells of bovine endometrium
variants in the TLR1 gene are associated with susceptibility to bovine tuberculosis, whereas no significant association can be inferred from the polymorphisms in the TLR9 (show TLR9 ELISA Kits) gene
Whereas previous results regarding the TLR1 gene were not corroborated, a risk haplotype was detected in TLR2 (show TLR2 ELISA Kits); however, its low frequency indicates that this detected association should be interpreted with caution.
This study showed that TLR1 and TLR2 (show TLR2 ELISA Kits) together are necessary for the recognition of triacylated lipopeptides.
The expression analysis showed similar expression profiles for TLR1 and TLR6 (show TLR6 ELISA Kits), which indicate a co-regulation of these two genes, TLR10 (show TLR10 ELISA Kits) had a different expression profile, pointing toward a stronger functional diversification compared to TLR1 and TLR6 (show TLR6 ELISA Kits).
The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the Toll-like receptor (TLR) family which plays a fundamental role in pathogen recognition and activation of innate immunity. TLRs are highly conserved from Drosophila to humans and share structural and functional similarities. They recognize pathogen-associated molecular patterns (PAMPs) that are expressed on infectious agents, and mediate the production of cytokines necessary for the development of effective immunity. The various TLRs exhibit different patterns of expression. This gene is ubiquitously expressed, and at higher levels than other TLR genes. Different length transcripts presumably resulting from use of alternative polyadenylation site, and/or from alternative splicing, have been noted for this gene.
