More ELISA Kits for CCR2 Interaction Partners

Human Chemokine (C-C Motif) Receptor 2 (CCR2) interaction partners

  1. The authors demonstrate a positive correlation between CCR2 receptor gene polymorphism and a subgroup of breast cancer showing poor prognosis, which deserves further investigation in larger samples for validation.

  2. Results of this study indicated that the CCL2-CCR2 axis was involved in the pathogenesis of oral lichen planus and was positively correlated with disease activity.

  3. sCCL2 production possibly will be associated with the adiposity and polymorphic phenotypes of CCL2 (show CCL2 ELISA Kits) and CCR2, in Mexican-Mestizos with insulin (show INS ELISA Kits) resistance

  4. Increased CCR2 expression is associated with bladder cancer metastasis.

  5. These findings suggested that the CCL2 (show CCL2 ELISA Kits)/CCR2 chemokine (show CCL1 ELISA Kits) signaling may regulate the epithelial-mesenchymal transition.

  6. CCR2 gene polymorphism (64I allele carriage) is a predisposing factor for allergy.

  7. data suggest that the CCR2-64I polymorphism is associated with the protective effect to development of cervical lesions as well as in the protection to HPV 16 infection.

  8. Ovarian cancer cells express both Hp and its receptor CCR2 but only after exposure to ascitic fluid, inducing moderated cell migration; results suggest that Hp-induced changes in the cell morphology, actin cytoskeleton structure, and migration ability of tumor cells, is possibly "preparing" these cells for the potential induction of the metastatic phenotype.

  9. The frequencies of the rare alleles of CCR2, ITGB3 (show ITGB3 ELISA Kits), and 3'UTR (show UTS2R ELISA Kits) of c-fms (show CSF1R ELISA Kits) in the Old Believers are lower than in the sample of Novosibirsk Russians, and the rare allele of DBH (show DBH ELISA Kits) is more frequent

  10. Among HIV-seropositive samples 3.4% were homozygous CCR2-64I mutants, 17.8%) were heterozygous,78.8% were CCR2 wild type.

Mouse (Murine) Chemokine (C-C Motif) Receptor 2 (CCR2) interaction partners

  1. CCR2(-/-) resident cardiac Macrophage favor a more antiinflammatory phenotype relative to WT controls

  2. Endothelial VCAM-1 targeted delivery of the CCR2 antagonist resulted in inhibition of pulmonary metastases both in a murine (MC-38GFP cells) and a human xenograft (patient-derived cells) model.

  3. To interrogate the role of CCR2 activation on Nf1 (show NF1 ELISA Kits)(+/-) neointima formation, authors induced neointima formation by carotid artery ligation in Nf1 (show NF1 ELISA Kits)(+/-) and WT mice with genetic deletion of either MCP1 (show CCL2 ELISA Kits) or CCR2. Loss of MCP-1 (show CPT1B ELISA Kits) or CCR2 expression effectively inhibited Nf1 (show NF1 ELISA Kits)(+/-) neointima formation and reduced macrophage content in the arterial wall.

  4. involved in Staphylococcus aureus-induced MCP-1 (show CPT1B ELISA Kits) production via NF-kB or p38-MAPK (show MAPK14 ELISA Kits) signaling

  5. CCL2 and its receptor CCR2 are important for the formation of osteoclasts and foreign body giant cells.

  6. Disruption of CCR2 enhanced tau pathology and reduced cavity volume in mild traumatic brain injury.

  7. In the absence of the rd8 allele, deficiency of CCR2 and CX3CL1 (show CX3CL1 ELISA Kits) in mice leads to a mild form of retinal degeneration which is associated with the recruitment of macrophages, particularly to the subretinal space. This model enables to assess consequences of perturbed chemokine (show CCL1 ELISA Kits) signaling, but it does not recapitulate cardinal (show CARD8 ELISA Kits) age-related macular degeneration features.

  8. The results indicate that AMPK (show PRKAA1 ELISA Kits) is a negative regulator of Ccr2 expression in RAW264.7 macrophages, and that the mechanism of action of AMPK (show PRKAA1 ELISA Kits) inhibition of Ccr2 is mediated, in part, through the NF-kappaB (show NFKB1 ELISA Kits) pathway.

  9. upon binding to a composite NFAT (show NFATC1 ELISA Kits)/BCL6 (show BCL6 ELISA Kits) regulatory element within the Ccl2 (show CCL2 ELISA Kits) promoter, NFATc1 (show NFATC1 ELISA Kits)/beta proteins release the BCL6 (show BCL6 ELISA Kits)-dependent repression of Ccl2 (show CCL2 ELISA Kits) gene in macrophages.

  10. results demonstrate the central role CCR2 plays in mediating leukocyte mobilization from the BM, and suggest a role for CCR2 inhibition in managing monocytes/macrophages-mediated chronic inflammatory conditions

CCR2 Antigen Profile

Antigen Summary

This gene encodes two isoforms of a receptor for monocyte chemoattractant protein-1, a chemokine which specifically mediates monocyte chemotaxis. Monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 is involved in monocyte infiltration in inflammatory diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis as well as in the inflammatory response against tumors. The receptors encoded by this gene mediate agonist-dependent calcium mobilization and inhibition of adenylyl cyclase. This gene is located in the chemokine receptor gene cluster region. Two alternatively spliced transcript variants are expressed by the gene.
