Predicted Reactivity Chicken : 100%, Horse : 100%, Human : 100%, Guinea pig : 87%, Mouse : 85%, Dog : 76%, Rabbit : 76%
Characteristics This is a rabbit polyclonal antibody against WHSC1. It was validated on Western Blot using a cell lysate as a positive control. We strive to provide antibodies covering each member of a whole protein family of your interest.
Purification Affinity Purified
Alternative Name WHSC1
Background WHSC1 encodes a protein that contains four domains present in other developmental proteins: a PWWP domain, an HMG box, a SET domain, and a PHD-type zinc finger. It is expressed ubiquitously in early development. Wolf-Hirschhorn syndrome (WHS) is a malformation syndrome associated with a hemizygous deletion of the distal short arm of chromosome 4.
