Availability Available
Immunogen Peptide with sequence C-RRQKQRKELSHYT, from the internal region of the protein sequence according to NP_035378.1, AAD11628.1.
Blocking Peptide Blocking peptide for this product available: ABIN369820
Specificity Both variants represent identical protein
Purification Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
Alternative Name Robo3 (ROBO3 Antibody Abstract)
Background Synonyms: Robo3, roundabout homolog 3 (Drosophila), Rbig1, RIG1, Rig-1, Robo3a, Robo3b, retinoblastoma inhibiting gene 1
Gene ID 19649, 315564
NCBI Accession NP_035378
Application Notes ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000.
Western blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 75-80 kDa band in Mouse Brain and Rat Brain lysates after 0.1 µg/mL antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 143 kDa according to NP_035378.1and AAD11628.1. The 75-80 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
