Approved: ELISA (1 - 5 μg/mL), Flo, IHC, Neut, WB
Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Neutralization, Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. ELISA:1-5 μg/mL (dilute immediately before use). Use 100 μL to coat each well. Flow Cytometry: 0.1-0.5 μg/1E6 splenocytes stimulated with PMA and ionophore for 6 hours. Optimum dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Rat spleen cells fused with P3X63-AG8.653 myeloma. The applications listed have been tested for the unmodified form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. - Comment
