Approved: ELISA (0.5 - 1 μg/mL), Flo (25 μg/mL), IHC, IHC-Fr (2 - 15 μg/mL), WB (0.1 - 0.2 μg/mL)
Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Flow Cytometry, ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 μg/mL. Detection limit for rmIL-33 is ~1 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Flow Cytometry: 25 μg/mL Use 10 μL to label 1-5x10^5 cells in a total reaction volume not exceeding 200 μL using activated mouse splenocytes. Immunohistochemistry: 2-15 μg/mL used on frozen mouse intestine samples. Direct ELISA: 0.5-1.0 μg/mL Detection limit for rmIL-33 is ~0.3 ng/well. - Comment
