Application Notes ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000.
Western blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 75-80 kDa band in lysates of Human Brain (hippocampus), Kidney, Spleen and Thymus after 0.1 µg/mL antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 53.0 kDa according to NP_000789.1. The 75-80 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
