Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: Limit dilution 1: 32000. Western blot: 0.1-1 μg/mL. Approx 60 kDa band observed in Human Placenta lysates(predicted MW of 50 kDa according to NP_003321).
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
