Clone RB22476
Isotype Ig
Specificity This UNC13B antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 1069~1099 amino acids from the Center region of human UNC13B.
Predicted Reactivity Mouse (Murine)
Purification This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
Alternative Name UNC13B
Background UNC13B plays a role in vesicle maturation during exocytosis as a target of the diacylglycerol second messenger pathway. It is involved in neurotransmitter release by acting in synaptic vesicle priming prior to vesicle fusion and participates in the activity-depending refilling of readily releasable vesicle pool (RRP). It is essential for synaptic vesicle maturation in a subset of excitatory/glutamatergic but not inhibitory/GABA-mediated synapses (By similarity).
