Mouse (Murine) Lymphotoxin beta Receptor (TNFR Superfamily, Member 3) (LTBR) interaction partners

  1. EAE induced by weak activation of innate immunity requires the NLRP3 inflamma (show CXCR4 Antibodies)some and (show CXCR2 Antibodies)is sensitive to interferon-beta treatment

  2. lymphatic vessel expansion occurs in two distinct phases; the first wave of expansion is dependent on IL-7 (show IL7 Antibodies); the second phase, responsible for leukocyte exit from the glands, is regulated by lymphotoxin (show LTB Antibodies) (LT)betaR signaling

  3. LTbetaR is essential for efficient liver regeneration and cooperates with TNFRp55 (show TNFRSF1A Antibodies) in this process. Differences in survival kinetics strongly suggest distinct functions for these two cytokine receptors in liver regeneration.

  4. DC-derived LTBR ligands are critical mediators of lymph node cells survival, and LTBR signaling on reticular stromal cells is mediated by Pdpn (show PDPN Antibodies) expression.

  5. LTbR plays a role in macrophage-driven inflammation in atherosclerotic lesions from ApoE (show APOE Antibodies) knockout mice, probably by augmenting the Ccl5 (show CCL5 Antibodies)-mediated recruitment of monocytes.

  6. M1 macrophages as inducer cells that trigger the expression of chemokines by vascular smooth muscle cell independently of lymphotoxin beta receptor signalling

  7. lymphotoxin beta receptor regulates the development of the CCL21 (show CCL21 Antibodies)-expressing subset rather than the Aire (show AIRE Antibodies)-expressing subset of postnatal Medullary thymic epithelial cells.

  8. LTbetaR activation on macrophages by T cell-derived lymphotoxin alpha(1)beta(2) controls proinflammatory responses by activation of a TRIM30alpha-controlled, counterregulatory signaling pathway to protect against exacerbating inflammatory reactions.

  9. LTbetaR signaling in gut (show GUSB Antibodies) lymphoid follicles regulates IL-22 (show IL22 Antibodies) production by innate lymphoid cells in response to mucosal pathogen challenge.

  10. expression of tumor necrosis factor (show TNF Antibodies) superfamily member 14 and lymphotoxin-beta receptor by motoneurons in vivo correlates with the preferential expression of interferon-gamma (show IFNG Antibodies) at disease onset and symptomatic stage in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis mice

Human Lymphotoxin beta Receptor (TNFR Superfamily, Member 3) (LTBR) interaction partners

  1. membrane-bound lymphotoxin-beta receptor (LTbetaR) and CXC chemokine receptor (show CXCR4 Antibodies) 2 (CXCR2 (show CXCR2 Antibodies)), is involved in type B EAE development

  2. LIGHT and LTBR interaction increases the survival and proliferation of human bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells, and therefore, LIGHT might play an important role in stem cell therapy.

  3. We found that LTbetaR polymorphisms caused severe BPH (show GLI3 Antibodies). Thus, LTbetaR may contribute to the risk of BPH (show GLI3 Antibodies) development.

  4. activation enhances the LPS (show IRF6 Antibodies)-induced expression of IL-8 (show IL8 Antibodies) through NF-kappaB (show NFKB1 Antibodies) and IRF-1 (show IRF1 Antibodies)

  5. LIGHT, via LTbetaR signaling, may contribute to exacerbation of airway neutrophilic inflammation through cytokine and chemokine (show CCL1 Antibodies) production by bronchial epithelial cells.

  6. Relative expression of HVEM (show TNFRSF14 Antibodies) and LTbetaR modulates canonical NF-kappaB (show NFKB1 Antibodies) and pro-apoptotic signals stimulated by LIGHT.

LTBR Antigen Profile

Antigen Summary

This gene encodes a member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily. The major ligands of this receptor include lymphotoxin alpha/beta and tumor necrosis factor ligand superfamily member 14. The encoded protein plays a role in signalling during the development of lymphoid and other organs, lipid metabolism, immune response, and programmed cell death. Activity of this receptor has also been linked to carcinogenesis. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding multiple isoforms have been observed.
