Mouse Rabbit Un-conjugated CC, WB Western blot analysis of MIP-3 Alpha/CCL20 using anti-MIP-3 Alpha/CCL20 antibody . Electrophoresis was performed on a 5-20% SDS-PAGE gel at 70V (Stacking gel) / 90V (Resolving gel) for 2-3 hours. The sample well of each Lane was loaded with 50ug of sample under reducing conditions. Lane 1: rat testis tissue lysates, Lane 2: mouse testis tissue lysates. 1. Hypoxia is a transcriptional inducer of CCL20 in human mononuclear phagocytes.

Human Chemokine (C-C Motif) Ligand 20 (CCL20) interaction partners

  1. These results provide evidence that necrotic cells induce the expression of CCL2/MCP-1 (show CCL2 Antibodies) and CCL20/MIP-3alpha in glioblastoma cells through activation of NF-kappaB (show NFKB1 Antibodies) and AP-1 (show FOSB Antibodies) and facilitate the infiltration of microglia into tumor tissues.

  2. CCN1 stimulates CCL20 prod (show CCNA2 Antibodies)uction in vitro and in vivo, and thus supports the notion that overexpressed CCN1 in hyperproliferating k (show IL23A Antibodies)eratinocyte is functionally involved in the recruitment of inflammatory cells to skin lesions affected by psoriasis.

  3. Results demonstrated that F. nucleatum ssp. animalis and dysregulated CCL20 protein expression are important factors associated with human colorectal cancer progression.

  4. There was underexpression of the majority of genes after sunitinib treatment. The lower expression levels of IGFBP1 (show IGFBPI Antibodies), CCL20, CXCL6 and FGB (show FGB Antibodies) were confirmed by qRT-PCR in all cases. The downregulation of gene expression leads us to search for methylation as a mechanism of action of the tyrosine kinase (show TXK Antibodies) inhibitors

  5. CCL20 contributed to invasion and epithelial-mesenchymal transition of RANK over-expressed endometrial cancer cells

  6. High expression of CCL20 is associated with cutaneous T-cell lymphoma.

  7. These results showed that the higher levels of CXCL10 (show CXCL10 Antibodies), CCL20 and CCL22 (show CCL22 Antibodies) were associated with ischemic heart disease. The serum levels of chemokines may influence by the certain traditional risk factors of IHD and some studied SNPs, but did not influence by treatment and gender of patients.

  8. The strongest OR was for CXCL8 (interleukin-8 (show IL8 Antibodies)) in serum (96.8, 95% CI: 11.9-790.2). Of these 15 markers, 6 were also significantly elevated in serum from Chile (CCL20, C-reactive protein (show CRP Antibodies), CXCL8 (show IL8 Antibodies), CXCL10 (show CXCL10 Antibodies), resistin (show RETN Antibodies), serum amyloid A).

  9. mutually exclusive transcriptional regulation by AP-1 (cjun (show JUN Antibodies)/cfos) and non-canonical NF-kappaB (show NFKB1 Antibodies) (RelB (show RELB Antibodies)/p52 (show FKBP4 Antibodies)) downstream of MEK (show MAP2K1 Antibodies)-ERK (show EPHB2 Antibodies) and NIK (show MAP3K14 Antibodies)-IKK-alpha (show CHUK Antibodies)-NF-kappaB2 (p100 (show CUX1 Antibodies)) phosphorylation, respectively was responsible for persistent Ccl20 expression in the colonic cells.

  10. CCR6 (show CCR6 Antibodies)(-) regulatory T cells blunt the restoration of gut (show GUSB Antibodies) Th17 cells along the CCR6 (show CCR6 Antibodies)-CCL20 axis in treated HIV-1-infected patients.

Mouse (Murine) Chemokine (C-C Motif) Ligand 20 (CCL20) interaction partners

  1. Blocking or knockdown CCN1 (show CCNA2 Antibodies) expression ameliorated skin inflammation and reduced the expression of CCL20 in both imiquimod and IL-23 (show IL23A Antibodies)-induced psoriasis-like mouse models.

  2. these data indicate that CCL20/CCR6 (show CCR6 Antibodies) signaling may play an important role in regulating bone mass accrual, potentially by modulating osteoblast maturation, survival, and the recruitment of osteoblast-supporting cells.

  3. We crossed Ptf1a (show PTF1A Antibodies)(Cre/+) ;Kras(G12D/+) mice with JNK1 (show MAPK8 Antibodies)(-/-) mice to generate Ptf1a (show PTF1A Antibodies)(Cre/+) ;Kras(G12D/+) ;JNK1 (show MAPK8 Antibodies)(-/-) (Kras;JNK1 (show MAPK8 Antibodies)(-/-) ) mice. Tumor weight was significantly lower in Kras;JNK1 (show MAPK8 Antibodies)(-/-) mice than in Kras;JNK1 (show MAPK8 Antibodies)(+/-) mice, whereas histopathological features were similar.we concluded that inhibition of activated JNK (show MAPK8 Antibodies) in pancreatic tumor stroma could be a potential therapeutic target to increase Ccl20 secretion

  4. mutually exclusive transcriptional regulation by AP-1 (cjun (show JUN Antibodies)/cfos) and non-canonical NF-kappaB (show NFKB1 Antibodies) (RelB (show RELB Antibodies)/p52 (show GTF2H4 Antibodies)) downstream of MEK (show MDK Antibodies)-ERK (show EPHB2 Antibodies) and NIK (show MAP4K4 Antibodies)-IKK-alpha (show CHUK Antibodies)-NF-kappaB2 (p100 (show PATL2 Antibodies)) phosphorylation, respectively was responsible for persistent Ccl20 expression in the colonic cells.

  5. Taken together, these data show that, in adipose tissues, IL-17A (show IL17A Antibodies) contributes to exacerbating insulin (show INS Antibodies) resistance-enhancing IL-6 (show IL6 Antibodies) production and promotes the infiltration of Th17 cells in cooperation with TNFalpha (show TNF Antibodies); these findings represent a novel hypothesis for the association between IL-17A (show IL17A Antibodies)-producing cells and type 2 diabetes.

  6. Data (including data from studies in knockout/mutant mice) suggest that expression of Ahr (aryl-hydrocarbon receptor (show AHR Antibodies)) and its translocation into nucleus are necessary for Ahr (show AHR Antibodies) ligand-mediated synergistic induction of Ccl20; here, TCDD is Ahr (show AHR Antibodies) ligand.

  7. alpha-hemolytic streptococcus may exacerbate kidney damage in IgA (show IgA Antibodies) nephropathy through CCL20 response to the effect of Th17 cells.

  8. Acquired mtDNA mutations may promote tumorigenic phenotypes through up-regulation of chemokine (show CCL1 Antibodies) CCL20.

  9. Overexpression of CCL20 in human proximal tubular cells is inhibited by blockade of KCa3.1 (show KCNN4 Antibodies) under diabetic conditions through inhibition of the NF-kappaB (show NFKB1 Antibodies) pathway.

  10. Our data indicate that estradiol is important in regulating the effects of keratinocyte growth factor (show FGF7 Antibodies) on mouse uterine epithelial cell secretion of CCL20 and CXCL1 (show CXCL1 Antibodies).
