Brand SensoLyte®
Detection Method Fluorometric
Characteristics The SensoLyte® Plus 520 MMP-1 Assay Kit is designed for specifically detecting MMP-1 activity in biological samples which may contain multiple MMPs, such as culture medium, serum, plasma, synovial fluid, and tissue homogenate. A specific anti-MMP-1 monoclonal antibody is used in combination with an MMP fluorogenic substrate, 5-FAM/QXL™520 FRET peptide. The fluorescence signal is monitored at Ex/Em=490 nm/520 nm upon MMP-1-induced cleavage of the FRET substrate.
Alternative Name MMP-1 (MMP1 ELISA Kit Abstract)
Comment

ELISA + FRET-based Assay Kit

Restrictions For Research Use only
Storage -80 °C
Storage Comment Store all kit components, except Component B, at -20 °C. Store Component B at -80 °C. For convenience, Components D, G, H, I can be stored at RT.
