Background Nuclear receptor binding factor 2, also known as NRBF2, may modulate transcriptional activation by target nuclear receptors. This protein can act as transcriptional activator (in vitro). Recombinant human NRBF2 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
