- Target
- Integrin alpha L beta 2 (ITGAL & ITGB2) Heterodimer
- Background
- Integrin αLβ2 is one member of the integrin family and also called leukocyte function-associated antigen-1 (LFA-1). It is widely expressed on T lymphocytes and controls the function and, in particular, the migration of immune cells[1]. Active αLβ2 can bind ICAM-1/CD54, ICAM-2, ICAM3 and JAM-1[2].
- Molecular Weight
- 123.30 kDa(ITGAL)&79.60 kDa(ITGB2). Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 160-180 kDa(ITGAL)&90-105 kDa(ITGB2) based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
