Purified splenic NK cells from the LEW rat strain. Spleen cells from immunised BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse X63.Ag8653 myeloma cell line.
Flow Cytometry: Neat - 1/10, Use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in 100 μL. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
