Immunogen This antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide selected from the N-terminal region of human KREMEN1.
Specificity This antibody reacts to KREMEN1.
Purification Prepared by Saturated Ammonium Sulfate (SAS) precipitation followed by dialysis against PBS
Alternative Name Kremen protein 1
Background KREMEN1 is a high-affinity dickkopf homolog 1 (DKK1) transmembrane receptor that functionally cooperates with DKK1 to block wingless (WNT)/beta-catenin signaling. This protein is a component of a membrane complex that modulates canonical WNT signaling through lipoprotein receptor-related protein 6 (LRP6). It contains extracellular kringle, WSC, and CUB domains.
Alternate names: Dickkopf receptor, KREMEN, KREMEN1, KRM1, Kringle domain-containing transmembrane protein 1, Kringle-containing protein marking the eye and the nose
Gene ID 83999, 9606
UniProt Q96MU8
Application Notes ELISA: 1/1,000. Western blotting: 1/50 - 1/100. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
