Immunogen This EDN_ antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 409-439 AA from the C-terminal region of human EDN_.
Clone RB19285
Isotype Ig
Specificity This EDNRB antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 413~442 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human EDNRB.
Predicted Reactivity Cow (Bovine),Pig (Porcine),Rat (Rattus),Rabbit
Purification This antibody is prepared by Saturated Ammonium Sulfate (SAS) precipitation followed by dialysis against PBS.
Alternative Name EDNRB (EDNRB Antibody Abstract)
Background EDNRB is a G protein-coupled receptor which activates a phosphatidylinositol-calcium second messenger system. Its ligand, endothelin, consists of a family of three potent vasoactive peptides: ET1, ET2, and ET3. Studies suggest that the multigenic disorder, Hirschsprung disease type 2, is due to mutations in the endothelin receptor type B gene.
