Usage: Suitable for ELISA and Flow Cytometry. Flow Cytometry (Blood derived monocytes): 25 μg/mL. Add 10 μL to 1-2.5x10^5 cells in a total reaction not exceeding 200 μL. ELISA: 0.5-1 μg/mL. The detection limit is ~1 ng/mL for recombinant human DEC-205.
