Usage: Function: ANC152.2 blocks binding of CD152 (CTLA-4) Ig fusion protein to its CD80/CD86 receptor, and has been reported to modulate suppressive function of human T Regulatory Cells in Vitro. ANC152.2 can bind to intracellular CD152 in fixed permeabolized cells. The F(ab')2 form has been used to inhibit proliferation of activated T cells in vitro in a cholera toxin model. The applications listed have been tested for the unmodified form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. - Comment
