Immunofluorescence: 5-20 ug/mL.
Flow cytometry: 1-5 ug/10^6 cells.
Western blotting: (Not suitable),Immunohistochemistry: 5-20 ug/mL on frozen sections using avidin-biotin system. This antibody was not quality controlled in flow cytometry.
Staining Procedure: This antibody can be used on frozen cryostat sections. The antibody may be used at a dilution of 5-20ug/mL with the Auto/Probe III kit. - Comment
