Human Late Endosomal/lysosomal Adaptor, MAPK and MTOR Activator 2 (LAMTOR2) interaction partners

  1. identified polymorphisms in LAMTOR2 and LAMTOR3 (show MAPKSP1 Antibodies) do not seem to play a relevant role in breast cancer

  2. The ROBLD3 C-A, thorn23 mutation creates a 50SS capable of recruiting an inhibitory U1 snRNP (show LSM2 Antibodies) complex leading to a failure of proper 30 end formation and rapid degradation of p14 (show S100A9 Antibodies) mRNA.

  3. simulations constitute a multi-dimensional exploration of how EGF (show EGF Antibodies)-dependent EGFR (show EGFR Antibodies) endocytosis and ERK (show EPHB2 Antibodies) activation are dynamically affected by scaffolds KSR (show KSR1 Antibodies) and MP1 (show PITRM1 Antibodies), co-regulated by Cbl (show CBL Antibodies)-CIN85 (show SH3KBP1 Antibodies) and Endophilin A1 (show SH3G2 Antibodies)

  4. A complex encoded by the MAPKSP1 (show MAPKSP1 Antibodies), ROBLD3, and c11orf59 (show LAMTOR1 Antibodies) genes interacts with the Rag GTPases, recruits them to lysosomes, and is essential for mTORC1 activation

Mouse (Murine) Late Endosomal/lysosomal Adaptor, MAPK and MTOR Activator 2 (LAMTOR2) interaction partners

  1. Hotair silence activates P16(Ink4a (show CDKN2A Antibodies)) and P14(ARF (show CDKN2A Antibodies)) signaling by enhancing miR (show MLXIP Antibodies)-218 expression and suppressing Bmi-1 (show BMI1 Antibodies) expression, resulting in the suppression of tumorigenesis in HCC (show FAM126A Antibodies).

  2. LAMTOR2 has a role in regulating dendritic cell homeostasis through FLT3 (show FLT3 Antibodies)-dependent mTOR (show FRAP1 Antibodies) signalling

  3. Lamtor2 deficiency affects TGFbeta1 (show TGFB1 Antibodies) sensitivity of Langerhan cells, which is mandatory for their homeostasis and subsequently for their immunological function during contact hypersensitivity.

  4. We show an essential function for late endosomes carrying the p14 (show PCOLCE Antibodies)-MP1 (show MAPKSP1 Antibodies) (LAMTOR2/3) complex in focal adhesion dynamics.

  5. The late endosomal adaptor molecule p14 (LAMTOR2) represents a novel regulator of Langerhans cell homeostasis.

  6. Data indicate that LAMTOR3 (show MAPKSP1 Antibodies) protein is stabilized by associating with LAMTOR2.

  7. The late endosomal adaptor p14 (show PCOLCE Antibodies) (also known as LAMTOR2) is one of the components for cellular host defense against the intracellular pathogen Salmonella enterica serovar Typhimurium.

  8. analysis of interactions between kinase scaffold MP1 (show MAPKSP1 Antibodies)/p14 (show PCOLCE Antibodies) and its endosomal anchoring protein p18 (show CDKN2C Antibodies)

  9. A combination of cell fractionation, two-dimensional gel electrophoresis and mass spectrometry revealed 31 proteins differentially regulated in p14 (show PCOLCE Antibodies)/ organelles, which were rescued by reexpression of pEGFP-p14 (show PCOLCE Antibodies) in p14 (show PCOLCE Antibodies)/ endosomes

  10. spatial regulation of MAPK signaling, illustrating how p14 and MP1 collaborate as an endosomal adaptor/scaffold complex

LAMTOR2 Antigen Profile

Antigen Summary

The product of this gene is highly conserved with a mouse protein associated with the cytoplasmic face of late endosomes and lysosomes. The mouse protein interacts with MAPK scaffold protein 1, a component of the mitogen-activated protein kinase pathway. In humans, a mutation in this gene has been associated with a primary immunodeficiency syndrome, and suggests a role for this protein in endosomal biogenesis. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
