The protein encoded by TRIM15 is a member of the tripartite motif (TRIM) family. Additionally we are shipping TRIM15 Antibodies (57) and and many more products for this protein.
Showing 5 out of 5 products:
TRIM15-depleted cells display impaired cell migration and reduced focal adhesion disassembly rates.
TRIM15 may function as a tumor suppressor of colon cancer.
Downregulation of TRIM11 (show TRIM11 Proteins) and TRIM15 enhanced virus release suggesting that these proteins contribute to the endogenous restriction of retroviruses in cells.
The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the tripartite motif (TRIM) family. The TRIM motif includes three zinc-binding domains, a RING, a B-box type 1 and a B-box type 2, and a coiled-coil region. The protein localizes to the cytoplasm. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been described, but their biological validity has not been determined.
