- H-Y TCR
- Background
- The antibody MR14-1 recognizes an H-Y (male antigen)-specific α/β TCR. The H-Y antigen is expressed by most male cells, and the H-Y TCR transgenic mice have been used to elucidate the mechanisms of T cell selection in the thymus, peripheral tolerance, immunologic memory, and graft rejection.
