    Characteristics

Synonyms: Rabbit anti-Swine Antibody, Anti-Pig IgG (H&L) (Rabbit), Swine Secondary Antibody, Swine in Rabbit Ab

Background: SWINE IgG (H&L) (RABBIT) Antibody generated in rabbit detects specifically swine IgG whole molecule. Anti-Swine IgG antibody is ideal for investigators involved in serum protein component research.

    Purification
    Preadsorption: Solid phase absorption
    Immunogen

    Immunogen: Swine IgG whole molecule

    Isotype
    IgG
    Labeling Ratio
    1.9
  • Application Notes

Application Note: Anti-SWINE IgG (H&L) (RABBIT) Antibody is suitable for immunoblotting (western or dot blot), ELISA, immunoperoxidase electron microscopy and immunohistochemistry as well as other peroxidase-antibody based enzymatic assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency. The emission spectra for this DyLight™ conjugate match the principle output wavelengths of most common fluorescence instrumentation. Specific conditions should be optimized by user.
