- This Monoclonal antibody specifically reacts with the H-2Db (Determinant H-2.m2, ref.3) encoded MHC class I antigen expressed on mouse strains of the H-2b haplotype. This antibody also reacts with H-2Ld products. Class I antigens are expressed on all nucleated cells.
