Protein Name
Background TRAPPC3, also known as trafficking protein particle complex subunit 3, is a component of the TRAPP complex, which is involved in tethering of transport vesicles to the cis-Golgi membrane. It may play a role in vesicular transport from endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi. Recombinant human TRAPPC3 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography.
Molecular Weight 22.4 kDa (200aa), confirmed by MALDI-TOF
