    Background
TATDN1 belongs to the TatD DNase family. This protein binds 2 divalent metal cations per subunit and is a putative deoxyribonuclease. Recombinant human TATDN1 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
